Stressing out over the mental load of your never-ending list of things to do?

Try this simple exercise!

Brain dump all of your responsibilities onto a piece of paper, then see what you can eliminate, simplify, automate, or delegate.

We often keep doing things because it’s what we’ve always done - even if it’s no longer working.

Interrupt your autopilot and get real with yourself! Your mental load is actually in your control. Learn to manage it so that you can have the quality of life you deserve.
