Upper blepharoplasty is more than just removing skin. ✨
For this patient, I also sculpted the eyelid fat and the sub-brow fat — that’s the detail work that takes the result from “less heavy” to genuinely open, lifted, and rested. You can see the brow sitting more naturally and the lid showing again at 6 weeks post-op.
