We are proud to announce that Home Plus Care is now offering services through Georgia’s Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program (EDWP)—expanding access to high-quality, compassionate in-home care for those who need it most.

What is EDWP?
The Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program (EDWP) is a Medicaid program that helps eligible seniors and individuals with disabilities receive care at home instead of in a nursing facility. Under EDWP, services are provided through programs such as the Georgia SOURCE Program and the Community Care Services Program (CCSP)—both designed to support independence while ensuring essential daily needs are met.

How do you access EDWP services?
Eligible individuals can apply through Georgia Medicaid by contacting their local Area Agency on Aging or a Medicaid case manager. Once approved, you can choose a trusted provider—like Home Plus Care—to deliver your in-home services.

✨ Exciting News from Home Plus Care, LLC!

We are excited to share that Home Plus Care will soon be participating in Medicaid-supported programs to expand access to quality in-home care services.

Soon, eligible clients may receive care through programs such as the Georgia SOURCE Program and the Community Care Services Program (CCSP). These programs help seniors and individuals with disabilities receive supportive services at home rather than in institutional settings.
