Join us this week in congratulating Jeanetta on receiving the Leading by Example Award for April 2026!

Jeanetta, one of our dedicated Utilization Management Nurse Coordinators, enjoys listening to Mötley Crüe and Taylor Swift in her free time, along with gardening and spending time with her family. She credits these passions with helping her show up each day ready to lead alongside her team.

When asked what leading by example means to her, Jeanetta shared, “Doing the right thing even when people aren’t looking—always putting your best foot forward and making sure we’re doing right by the kids.”

She also reflected on her professional journey, saying, “After working in corrections with adults for several years and seeing repeat arrests, I realized that if I could intervene earlier in someone’s life, I might be able to make a positive impact and help prevent that path. That’s my goal.”

Jeanetta, your compassion and commitment to helping others are truly inspiring. Thank you for everything you do each and every day.

Devon is one of our Mental Health Technician Preceptors and has been with our organization for over a year. When asked what trauma‑informed care means to him, Devon shared, “Approaching situations with understanding—recognizing how experiences can affect each person differently—and finding the best way to support them, especially in high‑stress moments.” He added, “I’ve always had a passion for helping people and doing what I can to make a positive difference.”

Devon’s compassion and dedication help make Columbus Behavioral Center a place of healing. Thank you, Devon, for all that you do every day!
