At Maple Ridge, we believe that giving back is one of the greatest ways to enrich lives and strengthen our community. Our recent Maple Ridge Gives Back initiative in support of The Family House of West Georgia was a wonderful reminder that kindness has no age limit.
We would like to extend a special thank you to Ms. Dianne, one of our amazing Resident Ambassadors, and Sally Swanson, one of our dedicated Med Techs, for joining us in these efforts. Their compassion, generosity, and willingness to serve truly reflect the heart of our community.
At Maple Ridge, giving back is more than an event—it is a way of life. Opportunities to serve others, build meaningful connections, and make a difference in our community are just some of the many wonderful benefits of calling Maple Ridge home.

These outings provide more than just a meal—they offer opportunities for connection, community engagement, and creating joyful moments outside our walls. Seeing the smiles, hearing the stories, and sharing time together reminds us how important these experiences truly are.

Today, we honor Juneteenth—a day that commemorates freedom, resilience, and the enduring spirit of hope. Juneteenth marks the day when the last enslaved African Americans learned of their freedom, reminding us of the importance of equality, justice, and unity.
At The Retreat at Maple Ridge, we proudly acknowledge this significant holiday as an opportunity to reflect on our nation’s history, celebrate the rich contributions of African Americans, and come together as a community built on respect, understanding, and inclusion.

What a beautiful evening we shared at The Retreat at Maple Ridge as we gathered for our Father’s Day Edition of our Evening of Gratitude Celebration.

Tonight, we honored and celebrated the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures whose love, wisdom, strength, and guidance have shaped generations. Fathers and father figures play an invaluable role in our lives, offering support, encouragement, and unwavering love. We are grateful for the many men who have left lasting legacies through their example and dedication to family.
A special thank you to our pre-dinner entertainer, Mr. Terry Young, for sharing his incredible talent and helping create such a warm and joyful atmosphere for our residents, families, and guests.
We are also deeply grateful to our amazing Food & Beverage Director, Chef Charlene King, and her outstanding culinary team for preparing a delicious meal that made the evening even more memorable.
To our fantastic care staff, thank you for the compassion, dedication, and love you pour into our residents each and every day. Your commitment is the heart of our community.
To our leadership team and our Executive Director, thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and belief in creating meaningful experiences for our residents and families.
Most importantly, thank you to the families who entrust us with the care of your loved ones. Your trust is a privilege that we never take for granted, and we are honored to be a part of your family’s journey.

🛍️ Shopping with Ann at Hobby Lobby! 🎨🌼 Ms. Jane and Ms. Sandra had a wonderful time getting out and about for a fun shopping trip to Hobby Lobby with Ann! From browsing seasonal décor and craft supplies to finding unique treasures, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The smiles, laughter, and time spent together made for a great day of fellowship and fun. We love creating opportunities for our residents to explore the community and enjoy the things they love! 💙

🤠🌵 Yeehaw! It was Wild West Wednesday at The Retreat at Maple Ridge as we continued our CNA/CMA Appreciation Week celebration! 🌵🤠

Our amazing Care Partners and Med Techs saddled up in their best cowboy and cowgirl gear, bringing plenty of western fun and smiles to the community. We are grateful for the dedication, compassion, and hard work they show our residents every day.
