Recovery is a process. It is a gradual process, a healing process, and a spiritual process, a journey rather than a destination. Just as codependency takes us on a life of its own and is progressive, so recovery progresses. One thing leads to another and things, as well as us, get better. Are you struggling with something from your past? Maybe you are having problems in a relationship with a spouse or partner? Possibly you are a veteran or recently retired from the military and desire to speak with someone who understands your language and world? Or do you just need help making better life choices? Perhaps you would benefit from talking with a trained counselor who is confidential and private.

My name is Jerome Di**le, and helping individuals find themselves is very important to me. One of the tools I can use to help you is through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT for short. CBT is a short-term, goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment that takes a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving. The goal of CBT is to help an individual change their patterns of thinking or behavior that can be the root cause of one’s issue(s). By changing the way you understand and think about an issue, you can discover new solutions and new opportunities for personal and professional growth.

I know first-hand the benefits of personal counseling. My BSW and MSW schooling, along with 24 years of experience personally counseling, mentoring, guiding and leading soldiers from diverse backgrounds, have all given me the tools to help others.
