⚽ Soccer injuries aren't always caused by one bad play.
Many of the most common injuries—from ankle sprains and hamstring strains to ACL tears—can often be traced back to things players never think about: fatigue, recovery, strength deficits, and training load.

The surprising part? Where it hurts isn't always where the problem starts.
Before you brush off that lingering pain, take a look at what every soccer player should know about injury prevention, recovery, and getting back in the game.

A lot of people live with pelvic floor dysfunction for years without realizing it’s not something they just have to “deal with.”

Leaking when you sneeze. Constant bathroom trips. Hip pain. Tailbone pain. Pain during intimacy. Constipation. These symptoms are incredibly common — but they’re not always normal.

The good news? Pelvic floor physical therapy can help address the root cause and improve quality of life in ways many people don’t expect.

Want to learn more about what pelvic health actually involves (hint: it’s way more than Kegels)? Read our latest blog ⬇️

Today, we remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the courage of those who served our country with honor. 🇺🇸
We are deeply grateful for their sacrifice and will never forget the freedoms made possible because of it.

Last week, Erin Golden Brown, Physical Therapist, had the special opportunity to attend the Career Fair at Creekside School HCSD Georgia — which made the day even more meaningful since it’s also her daughter’s school!

Erin spent time with 800 amazing 5th and 6th grade students teaching them all about the world of physical therapy through hands-on activities and interactive learning. Students tested their balance while standing on foam pads, improved reaction time with BlazePods, and tried out resistance bands during fun movement challenges.

They also learned what physical therapists do, the years of schooling required, and the many ways PTs help people recover, move better, and stay active.

It was such a fun and rewarding day inspiring future healthcare professionals and sharing a career focused on movement, science, and helping others!

✨ **Leadership That Lifts Others** ✨

Had the chance to reflect on a powerful leadership talk from James Blanchard, on how great leadership isn’t about power or recognition, it’s about service, character, and impact.

The strongest leaders lead with humility, kindness, and accountability. They support their teams, hold them to high standards, and create environments where people can truly grow and thrive.

It’s also a reminder that leadership extends beyond the workplace—how we lead affects the lives of those around us every day.

At the end of the day, we all have a choice:
👉 Be a lifter—someone who encourages, supports, and empowers others

Let’s keep learning, growing, and lifting each other up 💙
