📣🍎 Continuing to Learn and Grow for Our Children! 🍎📣

Today, our Chef Bailey and our Health & Safety Manager Tyler, attended the Gordon Food Service Food Show to explore new food products, learn about nutritional information, and discover diverse meal options that could be incorporated into our program.

Events like these provide valuable opportunities for our kitchen team to stay informed about healthy, nutritious, and exciting foods that can help enhance the meals we serve to our children every day. We are always looking for ways to offer a variety of foods while meeting the nutritional needs of growing minds and bodies.

A huge thank you to Bailey and Tyler for their dedication to our program and for always working hard to keep our children happy, healthy, and well-fed. We appreciate all you do! ❤️👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

📚 This week, our administration team had the joy of visiting classrooms to read "Pepe and the Parade: A Celebration of Hispanic Heritage" with our students. As we shared this story together, we explored the importance of celebrating Hispanic Heritage and creating opportunities for children to see themselves represented, learn about others, and appreciate the unique stories, traditions, and contributions that enrich our school community.

Through experiences like these, our young learners begin to understand that every culture matters, every person has a story worth honoring, and every voice has value. We are proud to foster a learning environment where all children feel seen, welcomed, and inspired as we celebrate the diversity that makes our community stronger. ❤️💛💚💙

Our admin team has poured so much heart into this space — two full days of spreading fresh mulch, assembling new equipment, and getting every little detail just right so our kids have a beautiful place to play.

We’re incredibly proud to share that the back playground will officially reopen Monday morning, looking better than ever.

Hard work, teamwork, and a whole lot of love went into this, and we can’t wait to see joyful little feet running all over it. 🌟💛

🎨✨ The Kermit Classroom Art Show was more than a display of beautiful artwork. It was a celebration of learning, creativity, and discovery!

Through studying influential artists such as Van Gogh, Picasso, Matisse, and Warhol, our young learners explored different artistic styles, colors, shapes, and techniques while developing important early childhood skills. Art experiences help build fine motor development, critical thinking, problem-solving, self-expression, communication, and confidence. They also foster creativity, curiosity, and an appreciation for the world around us.

We are incredibly proud of the hard work, imagination, and growth our students demonstrated through their masterpieces. A special thank you to Ms. W'Raven for all of her hard work, dedication, and creativity in leading her classroom through this wonderful art study and bringing their art show to life. Your passion for learning shines through in every piece displayed!

🦌✨ We had some unexpected visitors this morning… a whole deer family came to tour the playground!

They said they were looking for a school with great outdoor space, friendly staff, and plenty of room to frolic. 🌳💚

Honestly… we think they’d fit right in.
Although we might need to order bigger nap cots. 😅🛏️
