Where do I even begin... these past 4 years have been extremely challenging, from late nights, to 20 page research papers, lab assignments, pubmed articles, intense case studies, working a full-time job, and everything in between, but earning this degree has also been vigerously rewarding. I have learned so much about integrative medicine, active constituents, clinical trials, research, plants, herbs, routing my findings in science, and so much more. I cannot wait to see where this career takes me and how I am able to help others through my education. 🎓📚

Thank you to everyone who has supported me along this journey! A special thank you to those who were able to fly across the country to see me graduate. Being able to fly to Oregon and walk the stage for my dream degree in the pacific northwest has been absolutely a dream come true! This place will truly always hold a special place in my heart💚

A little sample of what's been on my plate lately as a holistic nutritionist and clinical herbalist student. I have been trying to eat more intuitively to fuel my body and regain my health. Making this post to say I am officially relaunching my business! At the beginning of 2025 I made the decision to take a break from my small business and social media accounts to focus on finishing up my bachelor's degree.
I am finally finishing up my last semester before I graduate and thought it was the perfect time to come back. I have some exciting things planned these next few months and cannot wait to share them on here! 😁
