Our Back-to-School Community Event was a huge success!

We were thrilled to see so many children and families join us for a fun-filled day. The kids enjoyed receiving backpacks filled with school supplies, cooling off with delicious snow cones, splashing on the water slide, jumping in the bounce house, expressing their creativity through rock painting, and visiting with our healthcare team and local police officer.

The beautiful weather made it the perfect day to bring our community together, and the smiles on everyone's faces made the event even more special.

A heartfelt thank you to Our Hospice South Central Indiana and Anuja Gupta, RE/MAX Real Estate Agent, for your generous donations and support. Your kindness helped make this event possible, and we are truly grateful for your partnership in serving our community.

We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to the Bartholomew County Public Health Department staff and Sukie from Journey North Care Management for joining us and hosting an informative booth. Thank you for taking the time to support our event and connect with families in our community.

Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, and supported this special event. We loved seeing our community come together to celebrate the start of a new school year, and we can't wait to see you at our next community event!

Sorry for the late post! 😊

The day before our Back-to-School Community Event which is 7/23/2026, our amazing residents stayed busy helping us pack school supplies for all the children. They had so much fun putting the backpacks together! Everyone took their job seriously, making sure each backpack was packed just right. As they worked side by side, they laughed, chatted, and shared memories. Several residents even said it reminded them of working in a factory years ago, bringing back wonderful memories of their working days.

It was heartwarming to see the pride and joy they felt in giving back to the community. They truly loved being part of this project and were so happy to help the Activity Department prepare for such a meaningful event.

Thank you to our wonderful residents for your hard work, dedication, and generous hearts. You helped make our Back-to-School Community Event a great success! ❤️

Fun exercise is always happening at Keepsake Village! Our residents had a wonderful time using pool noodles to hit a beach ball back and forth and parachute play. This engaging activity brings lots of laughter while improving hand-eye coordination, upper-body movement, and range of motion. It's a fun way to stay active, exercise the hands and arms, and enjoy time together with friends!

Weekend fun at Keepsake Village!

Our residents had a wonderful time playing the Toilet Paper Race in the dining room! There were plenty of smiles, laughter, friendly competition, and lots of cheering as everyone joined in the fun. A big thank you to Irene and Tony for helping decorate our Tropical Getaway Social!

It was a wonderful event where our residents enjoyed a relaxing tropical escape with refreshing fruit skewers, watermelon, pineapple, and cantaloupe while listening to soothing island music. Everyone had a fantastic time with tropical vibes, visiting with each other, and capturing fun memories with photos.
