Sorry for the late post!

A heartfelt THANK YOU to all the walkers, organizers, volunteers, and supporters who came out to support the Walk to End Alzheimer’s!

It was truly wonderful to see such amazing community involvement and support for a cause that touches so many lives. Keepsake Village of Columbus was proud to be a part of this meaningful event and to provide refreshments for the walkers.

Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, encouraged, and helped make the day so special. Together, we can continue to raise awareness, support families, and work toward a future without Alzheimer’s. Thank you for walking with us! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Message from Heather
After 11 incredible years at Keepsake Village, I have made the difficult decision to accept a new position and begin the next chapter of my career. While I am excited about this new opportunity, leaving Keepsake is incredibly bittersweet. For the past 11 years, I have had the privilege of serving some of the most amazing residents and families. You have trusted me with the care of the people you love most, welcomed me into your families, celebrated milestones with me, and allowed me to walk beside you during some of life’s most difficult moments. That is something I will carry with me forever.

Keepsake has never just been a job to me. It has been a huge part of my life and my heart. I have watched families grow, formed friendships that will last far beyond these walls, and loved so many residents as if they were part of my own family. Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, laughing with me, crying with me, and allowing me the honor of serving you for all these years. I hope you know how much each of you has meant to me. Although my career is taking me in a new direction, I am not going far. So, this definitely isn’t goodbye. It’s simply… “See ya up the road!”
