A few weeks ago I was sitting at a board meeting listening to an offer of partnership. It was a great offer and I was very intrigued by it. My business partner who is sitting a few chairs down from me gives me a glance. I brush it off and keep listening to whats being presented. After the meeting, my partner approached me and very analytically accused me of being a hard ass. I chuckled and asked why she said that. She pointed out that I was sitting back in my chair with my arms folded across my midsection. I chuckled even harder. I explained that she was funny, but that the body language I was exhibiting is actually a grounding technique that I developed for myself. I am a wanderer. I could be sitting in a room full of people and my brain will have 10,000 tabs open and I'm looking at all of them. I realized when I sit back in my seat I feel connected to the space I’m in. The arm crossing keeps me present in the moment. For me, her direct callout, wasn't some attack. But that it lended an opportunity to connect, share and be honest about me.

Reading my short story may have made some of you feel defensive or even amused. Some may have had another reaction or no reaction at all. None of those reactions are wrong. What I find interesting is that we can sometimes quickly assign meaning to our own and others behaviors. We feel something and immediately decide what it means without getting curious about it first. That's what we're going to practice in this upcoming workshop. How to be curious about what we feel.

If you'd like to get curious about how you respond or react to your emotions with clarity and intention, then I'd be thrilled to see you at my upcoming workshop!

Take charge of who you are boldly and authentically! Cheers to the day you deserve! ✨️🥰

If you’ve been feeling disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed by your thoughts, or unsure of what’s truly yours vs what was conditioned into you…

This space was created for you.

There are questions we move through life without ever slowing down enough to ask ourselves.

So I created a space for that.

I’m hosting a guided journaling experience called:

“Questions You Need to Be Asking Yourself”

This is a structured reflection space for emotional clarity, self-trust, and learning how to listen to yourself more deeply.

You will be guided step-by-step through the entire process, including grounding, breathwork, journaling, and integration.

And you will leave with a deeper awareness of yourself—not because you “solved” anything, but because you finally slowed down enough to see yourself clearly.

Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about the conversations we have with ourselves.

The ones that happen quietly in the background while we’re making decisions, trying to grow, or just getting through the day.

Most of us don’t realize how often our thoughts are shaping how we feel about ourselves… and what we believe is possible.

Over the next few days, I’m going to share a series on self-talk and reframing—specifically how our thoughts influence the way we see ourselves and the decisions we make.

Not from a place of “just think positive,”
but from a place of awareness, understanding, and real shift.

If you’ve ever caught yourself thinking “why do I always think like this?” or “I wish I could get out of my head,” this series is for you.

Sometimes the most powerful voice in your life is the one you don’t even realize you’re listening to.

Your thoughts move fast.
So fast that you don’t always stop to ask where they came from… or if they’re even true.

“I’m not good at this.”
“I always mess things up.”
“I should be further along.”

Those thoughts can feel automatic. Familiar. Even true.

But a lot of what you’re thinking isn’t truth—it’s repetition.

Before you try to change anything, just start here:
Notice what you’re saying to yourself.

Not to judge it.
Not to fix it.
Just to become aware.

Because you can’t shift what you don’t see.

Take a moment today and notice one thought you usually don’t question.
You don’t have to fix it—just become aware of it.

If you’re ready to go deeper into this work, my guided tools and sessions are in the link in my bio.

Negative Self Talk Sucks

And most of us don’t realize how much it’s running the show. There are conversations happening in your mind all day long. Some are quiet. Some are loud. Some you barely notice because they’ve been with you for so long they feel like background noise. But they matter more than most people realize. Because the way you talk to yourself doesn’t just stay in your head—it shapes how you feel, how you show up, and the decisions you make about your life....

Love Notes to Yourself

What is Self-Trust? Hello Loves, With Valentine's Day around the corner, I've been thinking about how much attention most of us give to romantic love and on the contrary how much we forget to nurture the relationship we're in on a daily basis. The one with SELF. This season my mantra is "Intention". It is allowing me to move slower, listening closer....
