My dear mother in law, Maureen Lokkesmoe, has passed away. She had her quirks, but was a loving woman who helped me through many things. I'm grateful to have gotten to spend the last 20 years with you. I hope you're finally at peace, mind and body. I will cherish our memories ♥️ Lori

Tomorrow is the final day. Dr. Lokkesmoe is no longer seeing patients. Our Nurse Practitioner, Yaira is available tomorrow morning from 8am to Noon. Any medical records requests please email [email protected]. We are working on getting them processed. Office furniture, supplies, etc for sale as well. Same email to request viewing of items for sale.

We are seeing patients Wednesday and Thursday this week. Sign in between 8am and 12pm to see Dr. Lokkesmoe. Drug screen are welcome to walk in from 8am to 2pm. Next week Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only, same hours. Thursday December 29th is the last day we will be open. Patients by appointment only on the 29th, drug screens walk in 8am to 2pm. Are doors are closing 2pm December 29, 2021.

Needed immediately: Medical Assistant -- certified preferred but will hire if in process of getting certified. 12 pm to close shift (most shifts end at 7pm, some days later). Must have been vaccinated for COVID.

We now offer rapid COVID tests -- they tell you whether you have active infection or antibodies. They are $100 cash, no credit cards or insurance will be taken for these.
