Congratulations on your anniversary, Lucy!

Help us celebrate Lucy Maddrill on her second anniversary with DSACO: Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio!

As our Volunteer & Events Coordinator, Lucy brings so much energy and care to the events and experiences that bring our community together. From coordinating volunteers to helping make DSACO events welcoming and memorable, she is always ready to jump in and make things happen.

Join us for a splashing good time! 💦

Registration is now open for our Little Buddies & School Age Indoor Pool Party happening Sunday, November 15 from 5:30 - 7 PM.

People with Down syndrome (ages 12 and under) and their immediate siblings are invited to join us at the Westerville Community Center for a fun swim party. Enjoy time with other DSACO families while exploring all the exciting water activities like slides and splash area fun!

DSACO was honored to receive a grant from the Arby's Foundation to help support our five Summer Learning Academy classrooms in 2026!

Our Summer Learning Academy provides targeted academic instruction to support educational progress and help prevent summer learning loss for students on an IEP.

This year we hosted five classrooms located in: Bexley, Clintonville, and Pickerington, serving a total of 29 students!

Thank you for partnering with us to offer this important program to our families, your generous donation has made an impact that will last a lifetime.

We certainly would not be able to be celebrating 25 years of the Columbus Buddy Walk without the incredible volunteers who have helped make it happen! We are so grateful for the hundreds of volunteers who have helped make an impact on the DSACO community over the last 25 years - we couldn't do it without you!

It's September 21, who's up for an exciting Buddy Walk Pop-Up Challenge?!

The challenge: how many $21 donations can your team get today?

From now until 11:59 PM tonight (September 21), encourage your family, friends, coworkers and supporters to make a $21 donation to your team.

The team that receives the MOST individual $21 donations today - with a minimum of 5 qualifying donations - will receive a very special Buddy Walk honor!

The winning team will join President & CEO Troy Hunter to help kick off the 25th Columbus Buddy Walk and will be the first team behind Buckeye Buddies as we begin the walk!
