Now, we know what you're thinking, anyone doing a sauna in this Georgia heat must be crazy, but our sauna is a bit different from what we usually hear about. Our infrared sauna works at a lower temperature than a traditional sauna and uses infrared lighting to promote healing instead of the warmth of a traditional steam sauna.
