At Emerald Nursing & Rehab Columbus, we take every concern, survey, and regulatory process seriously. We did have a survey on April 29th and had a few things to correct. An article recently published alleging we may have failed to follow requirements - this is incorrect information.

Our leadership team and staff remain committed to what matters most - providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality care for our residents. Every day we continue to make improvements, support our team, and strive to create the best possible environment for those who call Emerald home.

We understand that rumors can create uncertainty, and we encourage anyone with questions or concerns to reach out to us directly rather than relying on secondhand information. We believe in open communication and transparency with our residents, families, staff, and community.

🎶💚 Music, Smiles & Dancing! 💚🎶

Nothing brings people together quite like live music! Our residents were treated to a wonderful musical performance, and the room was filled with smiles, singing, clapping, and even a little dancing! 🕺💃

One of our favorite moments was watching a resident get up and dance along to the music...it reminded us all that joy has no age limit. Moments like these bring back cherished memories, lift spirits, and create new ones together.

A huge thank you to our talented entertainer for sharing your time and music with our Emerald family. We can't wait to have you back!

🇺🇸❤️ Stars, Stripes & Smiles! ❤️🇺🇸

What an incredible day celebrating the red, white, and blue at Emerald Nursing & Rehab Columbus! 🎉

Our amazing Assisted Living residents and staff brought the holiday spirit to life by putting on a festive 4th of July parade for our Skilled Nursing residents! From patriotic outfits and decorated carts to music, flags, pom-poms, and plenty of smiles, the halls were filled with laughter and joy.

After the parade, everyone gathered together to enjoy delicious treats and refreshing drinks while celebrating friendship, freedom, and community.

A huge thank you to our dedicated staff who go above and beyond to create meaningful moments for our residents. It’s days like these that remind us home isn’t just a place—it’s the people you share it with. ❤️🤍💙

🎨✨ Creative Minds at Work! ✨🎨

Our residents spent some time expressing their creativity and having fun painting beautiful wooden craft designs! From bright colors and unique patterns to plenty of smiles and laughter, everyone put their own special touch on their masterpiece.

Activities like these are more than just fun…they encourage creativity, socialization, hand-eye coordination, and a wonderful sense of accomplishment. We love seeing our residents’ personalities shine through their artwork!
