Hello all! I have realized that there was a misprint for the next meditation. The image and the original plan was for today, the 14th. However I realized today that the event posted the event for 21st.

I apologize for any confusion. We will keep the 21st date as listed. If that was what some of you were already planning: nothing to see here! Carry On! Lol. 😊 We will get back to our usual Sunday schedule soon.

How do you reflect for the cold season? Winter is the perfect time to slow down and take inventory of life. Find some time to take a deep breath, and let the stillness helps you with visualizing peace. Putting thought to paper is an even better way to deepen your practice. Words, images, and color are great conduits for meditation.

Feeling stuck in a cycle is familiar to all of us. As the season comes to an end, we can begin to take inventory of what’s no longer serving us. In our next meditation session, we will be working through the feelings, thoughts, and circumstances that seem to be playing on repeat in our lives.
