Purposeful Living Group is here.

Life comes with challenges—but you don’t have to navigate them alone.

Beginning August 10, join Purposeful Living Group, a supportive therapeutic group designed to help you build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional wellness, and connect with others in a safe, encouraging environment.

Through guided discussions, skill-building, and meaningful support, you’ll gain tools to help you better manage stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and everyday challenges.

Group Schedule
• Mondays (Virtual)
• Tuesdays (In Person)
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Participants have the flexibility to engage through both virtual and in-person sessions throughout the week.

Whether you’re looking to grow, heal, or simply find support, Purposeful Living Group is a place where progress begins—one step at a time.

Anger is a normal emotion — how we respond to it matters.

IPCG is excited to announce the dates for our second Summer Anger Management Cohort, a space created to help individuals better understand emotions, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and build healthier responses during difficult moments.

This group is designed to provide support, growth, and practical tools in a safe and welcoming environment.

🗓 2nd Summer Cohort: August 4th – Sept 10th, 2026

Sessions available:
• Tuesday | 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
• Thursday | 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
