🩵 Recap from our last Women’s Meetup: Boundaries Without Guilt 🩵

We talked about the importance of setting boundaries and creating safe spaces for ourselves and the people around us. Sometimes, that means giving ourselves permission to say no.

A few reminders we’re taking with us:

✨ Practice getting clear with yourself first about what you can and cannot give to others.

✨ Remember that saying no doesn’t make you selfish—it allows you to honor your capacity and your needs.

✨ Release yourself from the responsibility of how other people respond to your boundaries. You can communicate your boundary with love and clarity, but you cannot control someone else’s reaction to it.

Boundaries are an ongoing practice, and we hope you continue giving yourself permission to honor what you need. 🩵

We hope to see you at our next Women’s Meetup: “Becoming Her.” ✨

🩵 September is Su***de Prevention & Awareness Month. 🩵

Sometimes the people who need support the most are the ones who have become really good at saying, “I’m fine.”

This month, we’re reminding our community that you don’t have to struggle in silence. Your feelings matter, your life matters, and there is support available—even when it may not feel that way.

Let’s be intentional about checking in, listening without judgment, and creating spaces where people feel safe enough to say, “I’m not okay.”

🩵 Check on your people. Start the conversation. Listen. Connect.

If you or someone you know is struggling or experiencing thoughts of su***de, call or text 988 to connect with the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

At IPCG, we believe there is purpose in every life and that asking for help is a strength—not a weakness. 🩵

ROOTED: Boundaries Without Guilt

You can love people deeply and still have limits.

You can care about others and still say no.
You can be supportive without overextending yourself.
You can protect your peace without explaining every decision.

Join us for the second session of our ROOTED Women’s Meet Up series, Boundaries Without Guilt, where we’ll unpack the challenges that can make setting boundaries feel uncomfortable—and learn how to communicate our needs with greater confidence and clarity.

Through meaningful conversation, interactive activities, and reflection, we’ll explore what healthy boundaries look like and how they can support healthier relationships and a healthier relationship with ourselves.

Flashback Friday to our first annual Couples Retreat in Spring 2026!

During The Language of Love: Couples Retreat, couples experienced love in a renewed and intentional way. Together, we learned how to communicate more effectively, strengthen our connections, and cultivate healthier relationships.

We heard love out loud, spoke love out loud, and most importantly, chose to love out loud.

At IPCG, we believe healthy relationships are worth investing in, and we’re committed to helping couples build stronger foundations and navigate life’s challenges—together.

Will you be joining us for our next Couples Retreat? 🩵
