🎄✨ Christmas came a little early at Oakleaf Village of Columbus & The Grove at Oakleaf Village! ✨🎄

Today we had the pleasure of hosting a Christmas in July networking event to celebrate the incredible partnerships that help us provide exceptional care to our residents.

A heartfelt thank you to Transitions Hospice and all of our valued hospice, home health, therapy, and third-party provider partners who joined us. Your collaboration, compassion, and dedication make a meaningful difference every day.

At Oakleaf Village of Columbus & The Grove, we know that the best care happens when we work together. We are grateful for each of our community partners and look forward to continuing to build strong relationships that benefit the residents and families we serve.

Recently, Oakleaf Village of Columbus had the incredible privilege of celebrating a truly remarkable milestone—one of our beloved Veterans turned 105 years young! 🇺🇸🎉

Moments like these remind us what an honor it is to care for those who have dedicated their lives to serving our country, as well as the families who have stood beside them. At Oakleaf Village of Columbus, we are proud to provide a community where our residents are celebrated, cherished, and surrounded by compassionate care every day.
