Join us in welcoming our 2026 summer interns to MercyMed!
Over the next six weeks, these incredible students will step into the day-to-day work of our clinic, learning how medicine, compassion, and faith come together to serve our neighbors. They'll rotate through our various programs and specialties, spending time with patients providing primary care, harvesting on the MercyMed Farm, and preparing healthy meals with our dietitian, among other activities.
This year’s intern class joins us from universities including Auburn University, UGA, Samford University, Columbus State University, Texas A&M, Mercer University, Davidson College, and more. They’re pursuing degrees and callings in fields like biomedical science, nursing, and counseling with dreams of becoming physicians, dentists, physician assistants, counselors, physical therapists, and healthcare leaders.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to invest in these students as they learn what it means to use their future careers to love and serve others well to make a difference today!
