At Renew Wellness, we specialize in providing EMDR therapy to individuals seeking holistic healing in a safe, welcoming environment. Our clinicians at Renew Wellness are trained, certified, or are approved consultants in EMDR therapy and provide a variety of complementary modalities to individuals seeking holistic healing in a safe and welcoming environment.

We are currently inviting a compassionate, growth-oriented therapist to join our practice as a contract clinician, providing approximately 25 face-to-face client hours per week in the Gahanna office. We provide EMDR training and consultation as well as supervision towards independent licensure.

Helping Middle School Girls Thrive: Announcing Our "Rooted" Group

We are excited to share that Renew Wellness is partnering with Watkins Middle School to offer Rooted: Growing Strong Through Life's Storms, a 6-week anxiety and confidence group designed specifically for middle school girls.

Led by Gillian Grose, LPC with Renew Wellness, Rooted is a group designed to help girls develop practical tools to build resilience, boost confidence, and manage daily stressors.

We are truly honored to bring this valuable service to Watkins Middle School and support the girls' emotional well-being right within their school day.
