At 4.0 Fitness, we proudly accept insurance, and one of our most popular programs is ActiveFit through Anthem (Blue Cross Blue Shield)!

This week alone, we signed up several new members, and it made me realize that so many people don’t even know this benefit exists. So I put together a quick tutorial showing you exactly how to find it in your Anthem app.

Today was all about Upper Body, so there was only one way to kick things off… with the Queen, Beyoncé! 👑🎶

The energy was unmatched, the teamwork was on point, and every single one of you showed up and put in the work.
