Recent question: Do you charge intake and admin fee?

We believe that creating the right plan of care begins with taking the time to truly understand each client and family. We do not charge a fee for the intake process. This time is important to us because it allows us to get to know your needs, understand your family’s circumstances, and identify the ways we can best provide support.

We also do not charge an administrative fee for completing the necessary paperwork. We consider this an important part of our role in helping establish and coordinate a successful plan of care.

Our hourly rate is based on the actual care provided and allows us to appropriately compensate the caregiver for their time and work with the client. It is not a fee for the intake, paperwork, or administrative support.

Our goal is to be a resource for your family. We are happy to invest our time and expertise when needed to help develop the best possible plan of care and ensure that the support provided is meaningful, appropriate, and centered around the needs of the client and family.
