💀🧡 SKELLY’S FINAL DAY AT HOME AGAIN 🧡💀

Skelly Clarkson came to Home Again looking for the perfect position—and she certainly gave them all a try!

Throughout October, she traveled from Waunakee to the Home Office, Cambridge and Columbus. She worked alongside our caregivers, nurses, kitchen teams, housekeepers, directors and Life Enrichment teams—and even spent some quality time with our residents.

After trying so many positions, Skelly simply couldn’t choose a favorite community or department. She said every team had something special to offer! 🧡💚💜

Angela completed Skelly’s official exit interview, and as of October 31, her seasonal assignment has come to an end.

Thank you to everyone who welcomed Skelly, taught her something new and joined in the fun. She may be gone, but the memories—and the bone jokes—will live on! 🦴😂

💻💀 SKELLY LOGS ON WITH HOME AGAIN LEADERSHIP! 💀💻

Skelly joined Crystal and Shyla for a Google Meet to ask one important question: **What makes you love working at Home Again?**

Crystal has been part of Home Again for 14 years, and Shyla is approaching 10—nearly 24 years of combined experience!

Their answer was simple: the residents, the relationships, our locally owned roots and a team that truly cares. Home Again is a place where people can grow, make a difference and become part of something that feels like family.

Skelly listened closely and decided this might be the perfect place to build a long career. She certainly has the backbone for it! 🦴😂

Our Resident Rights Month celebration continues with **Alyssa, our Resident Assistant and Med Passer, chosen by our Cambridge residents!** 🎉

Providing care means being part of someone’s everyday life. Taking time to listen, respecting personal choices, and protecting dignity can make a meaningful difference in how a resident feels at home.

This October, we asked residents to recognize a team member who helps them feel heard, respected, and valued. Our Cambridge residents chose Alyssa—and recognition from the people you care for is something truly special! 💜

Alyssa, thank you for your heart, your dedication, and for being a resident advocate. We are so thankful to have you in our Home Again family!

🎬💀 MOVIE NIGHT WITH SKELLY! 💀🍿

Skelly settled into a front-row seat with our Columbus residents for a showing of *Rudy*!

She cheered, felt inspired and learned that determination can take you a long way—even when you have no muscles. Luckily, she has plenty of backbone! 🦴😂

The only challenge was the popcorn…it kept falling straight through her ribs.

There’s nothing better than sharing a great movie with great company!

💗💀 NEW HAIR, NEW SHIFT, SAME SKELLY! 💀💗

The Columbus gals decided Skelly needed a little makeover before joining the PM shift—and this pink wig is definitely her color!

Once she was looking fabulous, they put her straight to work helping with garbage pickup. Luckily, Skelly didn’t complain about the smell…she doesn’t have a nose! 🦴😂

Thank you to our Columbus PM team for keeping everything running smoothly—and for making sure our newest employee looks good while doing it!
