💙📚 The Columbus Library Kids Program Is Always a Hit! 📚💙

There is something truly special about bringing generations together, and our residents look forward to every visit from the Columbus Library Kids Program. From crafts and activities to laughter and conversation, these visits fill our community with energy, joy, and meaningful connection.

Intergenerational programs provide benefits for everyone involved. Residents enjoy the opportunity to share stories, offer encouragement, and simply enjoy the curiosity and enthusiasm that children bring. For the children, these experiences help build confidence, compassion, and meaningful relationships with older adults.

The smiles, laughter, and interactions we see during these visits are a beautiful reminder that connection has no age limit. Whether they're crafting together, learning something new, or just sharing a moment, these experiences create memories that last long after the activity is over.

🍓🫐 Fresh Fruit, Fresh Smiles, and a Whole Lot of Greatness at Cambridge! 🫐🍓

There is something special about gathering around the table, sharing conversation, and creating something delicious together. Today, residents enjoyed making their own fresh fruit desserts, complete with berries, whipped topping, and plenty of smiles along the way.

Activities like these are about so much more than the finished treat. Residents practiced decision-making, used fine motor skills, engaged their senses, and connected with friends and staff in meaningful ways. The simple act of choosing toppings, assembling a dessert, and sharing the experience can spark conversation, encourage independence, and bring back cherished memories.

At Cambridge, we believe the best moments often happen around the table—where laughter is shared, friendships grow, and everyone has the opportunity to participate in a way that feels meaningful to them.

🌟🔎 You're Unbelievable Challenge Accepted! 🔎🌟

As part of our "You're Unbelievable" CNA Week celebration, Saturday's challenge put our team members' observation skills to the test with a fun scavenger hunt throughout the community!

Congratulations to Kailee, Crystal, and Neveah, whose keen eyes and determination helped them uncover the hidden prizes and take home these awesome rewards! 🎉🏆

Events like these are just one small way we celebrate the incredible caregivers who bring energy, compassion, and dedication to our residents every day. Thank you for always being up for a challenge and for making Home Again such a fun and supportive place to be!

The fun continued during CNA Week at Home Again as our teams celebrated Unbelievable Recognition Day! Staff sported their star-shaped glasses, snapped selfies with coworkers, and earned chances to win by collecting Golden Tickets throughout the day. ⭐🎟️

From silly photos and team spirit to surprise recognitions and lots of laughter, today was all about celebrating the incredible caregivers who make a difference in the lives of our residents every single day.

🌟 A Great Day of Smiles at Columbus Memory Care! 🌟

Today was filled with meaningful moments, creativity, and connection. Residents enjoyed coloring, conversation, and spending time together, while staff helped create opportunities for engagement and success throughout the day.

In memory care, routines play an important role in helping residents feel comfortable, confident, and secure. While every day brings new moments and opportunities, maintaining familiar rhythms and meaningful activities can reduce anxiety, support independence, and encourage social connection.

At Columbus Memory Care, we often say we're the most structured unstructured place you'll find. We follow routines that provide comfort and predictability, while also remaining flexible enough to meet residents where they are each day. Some days that means coloring and conversation around the table; other days it means spontaneous walks, laughter in the hallway, or one-on-one moments that brighten someone's day.

🌟 CNA Week 2026 – Day 1: An Unbelievable Start! 🌟

This year’s CNA Week theme is “You’re Unbelievable!” and we kicked off the celebration with an Unbelievable Start across our Home Again communities!

To show our appreciation for the incredible caregivers who make a difference every single day, we treated our teams to a special breakfast. From iced coffee and delicious food to laughter, connection, and well-deserved recognition, it was the perfect way to begin a week dedicated to celebrating the heart of our communities.

Our CNAs, Resident Assistants, and caregivers go above and beyond every day—providing comfort, compassion, dignity, and exceptional care to the residents who call Home Again home. We are so grateful for everything they do.
