The world is full of “good people” who still don’t know who God is, who they are, or what truth actually is.
As parents, it’s easy to accidentally prioritize outward success over inward foundation. We celebrate grades, sports, talents, manners, schedules, and achievements… but if we are not intentionally teaching our children why they believe what they believe, the world eventually will.
And the world is discipling constantly.
Through music.
Through shows.
Through influencers.
Through education.
Through culture.
Through repetition.
Kids don’t drift toward truth naturally. Truth must be planted, watered, lived, spoken, and modeled in the home.
Because eventually every child reaches moments where “because mom and dad said so” is no longer enough. They will face pressure, confusion, temptation, disappointment, fear, identity questions, and cultural messages that directly challenge the Word of God.
That’s why our goal cannot simply be: “Raise good kids.”
Our goal must become: “Raise children who know Him, know His Word, recognize truth, and are led by His Spirit.”
Good behavior without foundation can collapse under pressure. But revelation-rooted faith produces stability when life shakes.
The goal is not just external obedience. It is internal conviction.
