🦵 Arthritis can cause pain, stiffness, and limited mobility in your knees, hips, hands, and more.
It often starts gradually, but over time it can make everyday movements like walking, bending, or even gripping objects more difficult.
Many people try to push through it or assume it’s just part of getting older.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

The right treatment plan can help:
• Reduce pain and inflammation
• Improve strength and joint stability
• Restore mobility so you can stay active

Physical therapy focuses on helping you move better, not just manage symptoms, so you can keep doing the things you enjoy.

🎉Celebrating Wins🎉

"Before I started physical therapy, I was unable to lift and fully extend my arm above shoulder height. If my arm was raised above my head with assistance, I had minimal control when lowering it back down. The pain in my shoulder was so intense that it would wake me up multiple times at night and interfere with my daily activities on the farm and resistance training. My ability to safely spot gymnasts was becoming a concern, so I knew I needed to seek help to be a responsible coach.

From day one of PT, I knew I was on the right path to recovery. Every therapy session and exercise was explained clearly and thoroughly. If I had questions or needed posture correction, it was addressed professionally and constructively. Throughout the process, my recovery progressed relatively quickly to about 85–90% of my previous abilities, with almost no pain.

Jami provided exercises to transition home with and created a complete at-home plan to help me continue progressing toward a full, pain-free recovery. I absolutely loved my experience at Humphrey Physical Therapy."
