FOUR YEARS DOWN!!! 🥲🙌

Sitting here all up in my feels over this!! Holy farts …… the last four years have absolutely flown by! I’ve been able to live out my wildest dreams, thanks to these ladies with me and the experiences we get to share all because of the studio! All because of our community… continuing to show up!! 😭

I love yoga so much and the way it’s changed my life in so many beautiful ways. I love Cara Unrue Yoga✨Movement✨ and Hailey🧿 and the ways they’ve helped me grow into my favorite version of myself. I love our studio - it’s become my second home and in such a good way!! I love our community of incredible students, this community that’s become my family!! 😭

This little slice of heaven showed up outta nowhere - and RIGHT when I needed it the most. How is this “WORK”?!! I have the BEST damn job in the whole world and I’m just so insanely grateful for every last bit of it!! Wouldn’t change a single thing. 🥲

Thank you to everyone that’s been a part of the Wild Root Yoga story!! Very excited to celebrate our 4th anniversary party today with the coolest kids in town!!! 🥳👏👏

Got to see the missing piece to my puzzle today!!!! 🥲

My long time bestie Amelia Babcock and her lover Chris Babcock stopped by the family vacation beach house to spend some very much needed buddy time with me!! I love these humans so much it’s crazy!!! It was so fun to grab some local lunch and have a nice long walk on the beach with my buds in such a beautiful place! I’m so thankful for any amount of time with them so this was quite a treat!!! ☀️

Thank you Chris and Amelia for taking time to come see us! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!! 🥲🤟💕

Officially 15 years alcohol free today!!! 🥲

Feeling REALLY proud of myself for this accomplishment! That’s 5,478 days of choosing myself over my addictions. There have been plenty of times where I could have simply just said “f**k it” and slipped right back into it, but I didn’t. Plenty of opportunities to have a drink with a friend or co-worker, but I didn’t. Definitely plenty of s**t going on in the world to make a really good excuse to just black out and forget all of it, but with all of that, I still didn’t.

I’ve learned that no matter what, I’m always going to be better sober. Everything is so much better without alcohol and it took some time to see that, but it is SO crystal clear now!!! I’m so thankful to be here today to share my story. 😮‍💨

My schedule is changing, and I will no longer be teaching a weekly vinyasa flow on Saturday afternoons!! 🥲

I have been teaching Saturday afternoon since I first started teaching! It’ll be the first time I think in my whole life that don’t have a whole weekend off - outside of workshop, series, classes, and the ytt program!! I’m very excited, but I also don’t know what I’m gonna do with myself!! Lol!! 😅

On the plus side, I will be adding a Thursday night 7:30p Donation Based Deep Stretch class! Free to sign up - any donations are welcome! I’m super excited for these changes!! 🥲👏

My last Saturday 12:30p class will be April 25! Sign up and come be silly with me for one last Saturday!🫠

Yoga with the best views, the wildlife and nature, the people, nonstop exceptional service, delicious and healthy meals, and… it’s soooo relaxing!!

Gonna soak up as much of this as possible. Doing nothing that sucks! 😎

Bestie Cara made me the most INCREDIBLE gift …. A hand-poked felt Bobber - with his actual hair that she had me collect and give to her post haircut!!! 🥹
unrue knows that this little stinker is my everything. My child, my love, my baby boy! 😭 The quality level on this beautiful piece of art is top-notch, next level, out of this world! It’s insane how it looks just like him! A perfect replica of my little Bobber Head!!!

I sobbed when she handed it to me. I realized in that moment that her and her child Molly have both given me a forever Bob. A little piece of him that I get to keep forever ….even when he is no longer with me, these little pieces will be. And for that, I am sooooo grateful!! 😭

Get you a bestie that knows your love language and becomes so fluent that you get the BEST surprises and the BEST kind of love.
