Well the 4th Annual Golf Tournament has come to a close. After rescheduling from May, we got it done yesterday in spite of weather. We had a little rain at tee time but it turned out to be a great day and lots of money was raised for our transportation fund. Get ready for picture overload.

Juneteenth commemorates the moment on June 19, 1865, when Union Soldiers arrived in Galveston, Texas, and announced the freedom of enslaved people more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation took effect. Today we honor the immortal words of the Declaration of Independence:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
As children of God, may we never be late in delivering love, mercy, kindness and especially freedom to all humans everywhere.
