Need a little extra help while waiting to get in with your P*P? We also offer a one-time courtesy refill on maintenance medications when appropriate. Prescriptions will be verified directly through your pharmacy prior to refill approval and are intended only as a short-term bridge (7–30 days) until you can follow up with your primary care provider.

Our goal is to provide a higher-touch, more accessible approach to your care — because feeling your best goes beyond hormones alone. 🤍

After much consideration, Svelte Wellness is officially opening our Male TRT Program on a limited, case-by-case basis.

To best serve our patients while maintaining the safety and privacy of our staff, the men’s TRT program will be primarily telehealth-based unless an in-office visit is deemed medically necessary.

We have intentionally structured our memberships to include medications directly within the program rather than utilizing multiple outside pharmacies. Through experience, we’ve found this creates a smoother, more streamlined patient experience with fewer refill delays, communication issues, and overall frustration.

Please note:
• Most labs will need to be completed through LabCorp, Quest, or an Access draw site
• In-house lab draws and in-office visits will be limited

Our goal is to provide a more hands-on, personalized approach to hormone optimization with ongoing monitoring, communication, and support along the way.

Hi all! Just a little update from me 🤍

As our practice continues to grow, I’m taking a more intentional step back from after-hours evening availability in order to create a little more balance for myself and my family.

That being said, if you are needing appointment times between 4–7 PM, please know we have another provider Ashley Cummins who is more than capable of taking care of your weight loss and follow-up needs. You will still receive the same level of care, support, and attention that we pride ourselves on at Svelte Wellness. We encourage you to take full advantage of BOTH of our schedules 😊
