Did you know that entering the world can be hard work? 👶🍼
Even under the most peaceful circumstances, the physical transition of birth—including long labors, tight spaces, or a little extra help during delivery—can put a lot of structural tension on a newborn’s delicate neck and spine.
When a baby's system is holding onto that early tension, they can't always tell us with words. Instead, they tell us through their behavior:
• Difficulty turning their head or latching comfortably on both sides 🤱
• Resisting tummy time or favoring looking in only one direction
• Inconsolable fussiness, gas, or trouble settling into a deep sleep
