37 years ago, the Loma Prieta earthquake shook Northern California and left memories none of us will ever forget.

On October 13, 1775, the United States Navy was established, beginning 251 years of courage, honor, and service to our nation.

Today, we proudly recognize the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve, protecting our freedoms and defending our country across the seas.
