The Five Oaks Rehab admissions team, Sara and Angela, were honored to collect and deliver school supplies to the Church of God Children's Home. We are grateful for the opportunity to support local children as they prepare for a new school year and are proud to give back to our community!

Three years of leadership deserves to be celebrated! 🎉 Last week, the Five Oaks team presented our Administrator, Jonathan Thomas, with a special "GOAT" award because to us, he's the Greatest of All Time. Thank you, Jonathan, for your dedication, leadership, and everything you do for our staff and residents. We’re grateful to have you leading the Five Oaks team and look forward to many more years together!

🎉 Five Oaks Rehabilitation and Care Center is celebrating a huge milestone... 100% occupancy! 🎉

This incredible achievement reflects the dedication, teamwork, and commitment of our entire staff. Every department played a role in making Five Oaks a place where residents and families feel at home. As Administrator Jonathan Thomas shared, census growth is truly a team effort, and this milestone is proof of what can be accomplished when everyone works toward the same goal.

To celebrate, staff and residents enjoyed a visit from the Kona Ice truck, making this exciting accomplishment even sweeter! 🍧 Congratulations to our amazing Five Oaks team on this well-deserved success!

Our residents at Five Oaks Rehab enjoyed a fun restaurant outing filled with delicious cheeseburgers, sweet milkshakes, and even sweeter company. Summer days are best spent making memories with good food and great friends! ❤️

A very special visitor brought smiles and sunshine to Five Oaks Rehab! Our marvelous mini horse, Soleil, stopped by to brighten everyone's day with plenty of love, cuddles, and joy. Visits like these create meaningful moments and wonderful memories for our residents. 🐴💛
