Exciting Professional Growth at Victory Family Counseling! 🎉

We are proud to share that four of our therapists at Victory Family Counseling, including myself, have successfully completed Part 1 of our EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Training!

This intensive training has provided us with valuable new knowledge and clinical skills to better support individuals who have experienced trauma, distressing life events, anxiety, and other emotional challenges. EMDR is a highly researched, evidence-based therapy approach that helps individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences, allowing them to move forward with greater resilience and well-being.

We are especially grateful that Victory Family Counseling was able to offer this training opportunity to our therapists through our partnership with the NC Child Treatment Program. Investing in the professional development of our clinicians helps ensure that our clients have access to high-quality, specialized care within our community.

As we continue our EMDR training journey, we are excited to begin applying what we’ve learned to help clients overcome the impact of trauma and achieve meaningful healing and growth.

Congratulations to our team for their commitment to learning, excellence, and serving others. We look forward to bringing this powerful therapeutic approach to the individuals and families we serve.
