Sometimes we're looking for the answer that finally takes the weight off. But sometimes the answer you get isn't that; it's not the full answer, it's not the thing that's going to relieve the pressure. It's just the answer you have now. And what can you do to start to feel acceptance with that - while also feeling what's currently in your body and moving forward with whatever direction you choose. Open spots for Integrative Coaching:

I help you see what you weren't aware of before: your objective experience versus your internal narrative, the patterns shaping your choices, and what direction is actually yours. Our bodies hold what they know, and when you speak your experience and feel it in your body, movement becomes possible. Sessions are conversational: I listen, ask questions, and hold space while you lead. Sometimes we work with breathwork, Reiki, or Human Design. This supports you through life transitions, grief, finding purpose or direction, working with emotions, changing narratives about yourself, processing what you're experiencing, or simply having space to be heard. You gain perspectives, skills for navigating what's present, and clarity on moving forward: meeting your reality with your desires.
