Creative Arts & Media in Concord is making waves!
In preparation for their upcoming art gallery the students are creating an immense mural of the ocean deep! Join us TOMORROW and enjoy both this mural and the rest of the art our students have created over the past year! Come make a splash!

This free community event will showcase artwork created by our talented participants and is open to participants, family members, friends, staff, and supporters. Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase artwork displayed during the exhibit.

Light food and drinks will be provided during the kickoff event.

We hope you can join us in celebrating the creativity and hard work of our artists!

Event Details:
Reception Date: Tuesday, June 2, 2026
Time: 4pm - 7pm (Reception hours) & normal Gallery Hours 10am - 3pm
Location: 2336 Stanwell Circle, Concord.

Our very own Lena Lopez recently attended the READY CA Disaster Preparedness Conference. It was focused on helping community members in the event of a disastrous event. Lena got to meet with community partners from the state level to talk about what we can do to support the I/DD community in accessing resources and training to better prepare for emergency scenarios.

Thank you, Lena, for always advocating for our community, especially the safety of our individuals.
