Turns out, joining a CrossFit gym means spending a surprising amount of time upside down.

Some days we lift heavy things.

Being a husband and a father means a lot of your life is spent showing up for other people.

Providing. Leading. Working. Driving kids around. Being present when you’re tired. Handling the things nobody else sees.

And somewhere in there, you still have to show up for yourself.

Not because you need another thing on your plate….but because the people who depend on you deserve a version of you that’s strong enough to keep showing up.

So you find the hour……becoming harder to break.

And tomorrow, show up again.

How do you like to spend your Saturday mornings in the summer?
