If you don’t know Rene, you’re missing out.

You know those people you instantly connect with? The ones who make everyone around them better just by showing up? That’s Rene.

He’s been a tremendous asset to our community. He encourages others, embraces every challenge, competes with heart, and consistently steps up as a leader. During Murph, as an active service member, he shared a message that reminded all of us why we do it. His words gave us perspective, purpose, and an extra reason to keep pushing when things got tough.

For all of these reasons, Rene is our June Member of the Month. This recognition is well deserved, and we’re grateful to have him as part of our community.

For most healthy pregnancies, exercise can help improve energy, strength, mood, sleep, recovery, and overall health for both mom and baby.

PRVN ACHILLES starts this week.

10 weeks. Structured progression. Real intent behind the work.

After Medusa focused on durability, volume, and Murph prep… Achilles shifts gears toward:

🏋️ Strength development
💪 Hypertrophy & muscle density
🔥 Conditioning under fatigue
📈 Re-tests & measurable progress
🧠 Better positions and movement quality

What to expect:
• Heavy lifts
• Challenging workouts
• Purposeful progression week to week
• Benchmark testing in Week 1
• Re-tests in Week 10 to measure the results

Murph is coming. 🇺🇸

This Monday we get to take on one of the most meaningful workouts we do all year — Murph — in honor of the men and women who gave everything for our freedom.

Before the workout, we’ll take a moment to remember what the day is actually about. Some of our own members who have served will share a few words, followed by prayer and the national anthem.

Opening Ceremony: 8:30am
First Heat: 9:00am

After that… we suffer together. 🇺🇸

No regular classes Monday. Just community, sweat, perspective, and honoring the fallen the best way we know how.

Whether you’re doing Murph RX, scaled, partitioned, vested, or just showing up for the atmosphere — be there.
