Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers (CRCHC) is pleased to announce that Opportunity House will be joining the CRCHC network effective July 1.

This integration represents an important step forward in expanding coordinated, whole-person care for individuals and families experiencing homelessness and housing instability in Concord and Cabarrus County. By aligning services, we are strengthening our ability to address both healthcare needs and the social drivers of health that impact long-term stability and well-being.

Opportunity House will continue its mission of supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and housing instability, now with enhanced access to CRCHC’s clinical services, care coordination, operational resources, and community partnerships. This expanded model will help create a more connected system of support that improves access, continuity of care, and long-term outcomes for those we serve.

Together, CRCHC and Opportunity House remain committed to building stronger pathways to stability, health, and self-sufficiency across our community.

PTSD can affect anyone. It may develop after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event, and its impact can be felt long after the event has passed.

This month, we're shining a light on PTSD, raising awareness about mental health, and recognizing the incredible work of our Behavioral Health team. Every day, they help patients find support, build resilience, and take meaningful steps toward healing.
