Hiiii! I am Mikaila Floyd, LE and lead esti here at Kultur. Cat mom. Auntie. Wife. Foodie. Hoe of all hobbies. Reality tv lover.

I often joke that my life is so uninteresting… but honestly, it’s perfect to me.

I love all the titles I get to carry, having little things that make me me, and finding ways to put my creativity to use.

I’m also a very sentimental person, which is probably why so many of my hobbies involve creating, crafting, decorating, or finding ways to turn memories into something tangible. I love the little details that make a moment feel special and the things that give me something to look back on years from now.

More than anything, quality time with my people warms my heart. Give me a day outside, good food, a creative project, and time with friends and family and I’m content!

Someone once told me that I am a multipotentialite. Someone with many interests, passions, and callings. I’ve never felt like I was meant to choose just one thing, and I don’t think I’m supposed to. I think there are multiple versions of me waiting to be explored throughout this life, and I’m pretty excited to see where each one takes me.

And to all of my clients… PLEASE chat it up with me about all things reality TV. If you’re watching it, there’s a very good chance I am too, and I will gladly discuss while we’re getting you glowy.

So, here’s to all the different hats I wear, all the hobbies I’ll inevitably pick up, and all the little things that make this seemingly “uninteresting” life feel so full! 🤍

Owner. Mom. Outdoor enthusiast. Animal lover. Dog mom. Teacher. Speaker. Mentor. Friend. Circus wannabe. She is the heart behind the vision, the one who built Kultur from the ground up and continues to pour so much of herself into this space, our patients, and the team she has built.

But what makes her truly admirable is the impact she strives to make beyond these walls. She is passionate about educating and uplifting other aesthetic providers, creating meaningful experiences for every patient who walks through our doors, and making a difference in the community she serves. She leads with generosity, encourages growth, and has a way of making everyone around her feel supported.

We are incredibly lucky to learn from her, work alongside her, and call her a mentor and a friend.
