🤸 What happens in our Motor Classes?

Children complete obstacle courses, practice balance exercises, climb and participate in guided movement activities. Through these challenges, they develop strength, coordination, motor planning, body awareness and confidence.

These are skills children use every day – while running, climbing stairs, playing on the playground and trying new physical activities.

🤸 Motor skills are part of almost everything a child does – from climbing stairs and playing on the playground to getting dressed and carrying a backpack.

During our Motor Classes, children participate in:
🧗 Guided obstacle courses
⚖️ Balance activities
🏃 Movement games
💪 Climbing and strength-building activities

These activities give children opportunities to practice coordination, strength, body awareness and motor planning in an engaging and supportive environment.

This is more than simply an hour of active play. Each class encourages children to become more comfortable with movement, try new physical challenges and build skills that support confidence and independence in everyday life.

Our Motor Classes are one-hour drop-off sessions – meaningful movement practice for your child and one free hour for you! ☕️

🎓 Expert-Guided Morning Studio.

Morning Studio is a three-hour drop-off program for children ages 2–5, directed by Anna Nikitova – an early childhood educator with more than 25 years of experience and a background in preschool education and child psychology.

During each morning, children participate in:
🤸 Guided movement and obstacle courses
🧗 Climbing, balance, and coordination activities
🎨 Art and hands-on sensory play
👭 Group activities and daily routines

Each activity is thoughtfully planned to support coordination, body awareness, focus, communication, and other important developmental skills.
