It has been a little over a month since moving into our new space at and I just wanted to share how the new space (minus a few last minute touches) is coming along!

As I settle into my new space in Concord, I felt it was time to re-introduce myself and the services I have to offer.

Hi, I’m Liz! I’m originally from New York but have called North Carolina home for almost 12 years. I have lived in Concord for 5 and am so excited to finally work with the familiar faces I have grown to know throughout our community. I have a wonderful husband, a beautiful son, and three fur babies! I am a multiple sclerosis warrior as well and appreciate a good wellness routine that much more because of it 🧡

I don’t want to see you on my table in pain. My goal is to get you to a place of comfort, rather than discomfort; to get you your mobility and quality of life back. Getting to a point of maintenance work with my clients where they are able to take charge of their own wellness and live a happy, pain free life is my ultimate goal, and I hope to help support you in your wellness journey. Whether your goal is relaxing or therapeutic results, each service is tailored to you, and only you.

Have you ever noticed a small muscle twitching on its own? These involuntary muscle twitches are called fasciculations and can occur just about anywhere in the body.

In many cases, fasciculations are harmless and can be triggered by stress, fatigue, caffeine, dehydration, intense exercise, or muscle overuse (persistent or widespread muscle twitching can sometimes be associated with neurological conditions and should be evaluated by a doctor).

The client in these videos is an avid golfer. This shows that fasciculations do not necessarily need stimulation or touch to occur, and that the strain and overuse of his calf muscles during games was enough to cause them.

Taking care of your body through proper hydration, quality sleep, stress management, and overall wellness can help reduce muscle irritability 🙏🏼

After exploring (and sharing) a couple of different spaces this past year, I’m so excited to share that Head to Heal has officially found its permanent home.

Starting June 1st, you can find me at The Collective in Concord 🤍

This move is sudden, I know, but, I was presented with an opportunity for me to obtain a consistent, welcoming space that is completely mine and closer to home, which allows me more availability for my clients and to be more accessible for last minute emergencies as well. Not having a 30 minute commute each way opens up that time for my clients, and preserves my energy, enabling me to offer more sessions and availability.

I can’t wait to welcome you into this next phase of Head to Heal.
