In my counseling practice I combine SoulCollage(R), expressive arts, play, movement, drama, music, writing and other creative processes to foster deep personal growth and community development. I strive create a warm and trusting environment in which you can feel comfortable enough to investigate patterns of behavior, thoughts, and/or emotions that may be interfering with specific aspects of your

life. I believe that every person has the resources inside of them to provide themselves with healing, restoration and self-actualization. My commitment is to assist you in experiencing changed lives through understanding your resources better. My role is to assist you discovering the effective tools in order to navigate the primary issues.

As We Shine Our Light, May We Light the Way for Others

As we celebrate the new year,
may we discover within ourselves
a deep and lasting sense of peace, love, and belonging.

May we learn to pause,
to listen inwardly,
and to meet both joy and uncertainty
with gentleness.

In opening our hearts and minds,
may compassion soften our judgments,
and curiosity take the place of fear.

May this inner openness ripple outward,
shaping the way we speak,
the way we listen,
the way we care for one another.
