Reiki, meditation and breath work help with detaching from the thoughts that keep us in survival/fight or flight mode.

Over the years I have retrained my brain to not automatically go to the "worst case scenario".

Instead I look for all the ways things can get better.

What is your impression of a Reiki session?

We're in the new location...301 S Arch St Connellsville...the old Fayette EMS building.

The new space is so cool, modern and much more intimate.
