Hey parents!!! Does your student athlete need a sports physical? The Fayette County Health Department and Kimberly Neace, APRN DNP are teaming up for a free sports physical clinic this Wednesday July 15th 10 am to 3pm. We do close for lunch 12 to 1pm. Appointments accepted but walk ins are welcomed. See the flyer below for details.

School starts in 3 weeks and your student athlete still needs a sports physical. Don't forget about the Fayette County Health Department Free Sports Physical Clinic tomorrow Wednesday July 15th 10 am to 3pm.
Kim Neace, APRN DNP from the The Clinic will be our assessing provider. The office will close for lunch from 12 to 1. Appointments available but walk ins are welcomed. Come take advantage of this free community service.

Today is the day to help save lives with the American Red Cross and the Fayette County Health Department. Come and donate blood at the courthouse in the first floor conference room 10am to 3pm. Red cross will be giving out Disney Celebration Shirts for donating. Hope to see you all today!
