Conover Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Conover Nursing and Rehab is the only family-owned healthcare provider of rehabilitation therapy and skilled nursing home services in Catawba County, NC.

We are not part of a large chain with corporate offices a hundred miles away. Family ownership sets us apart and promotes a more homelike atmosphere, seen not only in our physical environment but also in our qualified and caring staff. Our beautiful 90-bed facility was built in 2002 and is located in the foothills of North Carolina in the town of Conover just outside Hickory, NC

We are excited to have our Fall Festival this year! Please join us on Saturday 9/26 from 1-4. Pooter pop will be joining us with their delicious kettle corn, as well as Maddy’s Bougie Lemonade and dirty sodas! We have a bunch of new vendors, our residents will be selling dog treats and bbq sandwiches for our activity fund as well! Come celebrate Fall with us!!!

We had a little fun celebrating Birthstone Day with our residents today! 🩷 We learned about our modern and traditional birthstones and then we got creative with a fun craft using colorful gems to decorate each resident’s initials. A little creativity, a little conversation, and a whole lot of fun! 💎😃✨
