Maybe you’ve been holding it together for everyone else for so long that you don’t even know what “okay” is supposed to feel like anymore.

Our practice is currently accepting new clients. We can meet in person in Conroe or virtually throughout the state. We work with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, perfectionism, body image concerns, relationship issues, stress, burnout, and life transitions.

Therapy should feel human. Safe. Comfortable. Not like you’re talking to someone checking boxes off a clipboard.

Mother’s Day can hold so many different emotions at once.

Today we celebrate the mothers who are loving, trying, surviving, healing, showing up exhausted, breaking cycles, grieving, longing, and carrying more than anyone sees.

To the moms missing their children.
To the children missing their moms.
To those mourning pregnancies, relationships, estrangement, infertility, or the version of motherhood they thought they’d have.
To the ones spending today feeling full of love and full of grief at the same time.

You are not forgotten in the celebration.

However this day feels for you, there is space for it. 💕

We love you!

Grief is strange like that.
You can be okay for weeks, months, even years… and then a song, a smell, a random Tuesday drive home, or a memory you didn’t ask for suddenly cracks something open again.

Healing doesn’t mean you never feel it anymore.
It means learning that grief can visit without undoing all the progress you’ve made.

Some losses just become part of the way we carry love.
