My goal as a teacher will always be simple: meet you where you are, and show you whatā€™s possible. šŸŒŸ
Prop setups like this chair + blanket combo arenā€™t about ā€œmaking it easierā€ā€”they are about creating intelligent leverage, building real strength, and keeping your practice sustainable and safe.
When we drop the ego around what a pose ā€œshouldā€ look like, the practice opens up in a whole new way.
Save this for your next practice, and tag a friend who needs a gentle reminder that yoga is for every body. šŸ“Œ

Year one, wrapped. šŸ•Æļø

Looking back at where we started vs. the community that fills this room every day feels surreal. Building this space has been equal parts challenging, beautiful, and deeply fulfilling.

Thank you for showing up for yourselves and for each other. This community is everything. šŸ¤
