Here’s what I’ve been excited to share with you.
This year, I’m going to partner up with Children’s Safe Harbor. They are an amazing organization that help kids in horrible situations.
3 ways you can help.
Scan the code and “adopt” a family.
Monetary donations are always welcomed, or you can bring a new, unwrapped gift and drop it off at my office.
On Dec 8th, I will take all donations to Safe Harbor.
Donate or adopt, and you’ll get 20% off any service Nov 1-Dec 8

I have always loved Christmas time, but for some, it’s not always happy. Let’s remember what this upcoming season is about and give to someone who needs a little extra love.

There’s something in the works I’m pretty excited about and you should be too!
Stay tuned and I’ll be telling you how to earn discounts from Nov 1st all the way up till December 8!

One of the new vitality products we have. $35.00

09/16/2026

This client came in after a few hard falls on the left side. You can see in the first pic how jacked her left shoulder is (that’s medical terminology for you 😉) after a few sessions, we were able to get some movement and get it slightly back to a more normal place. (Not to mention she is a left side sleeper!) She still needs some work, but a plan is in place. Visits every 2 weeks, stretches, and she is a gym body, so that helps, and trying NOT to be a side sleeper.
