One of the first things I changed when I started paying attention to my metabolic health after cancer wasn’t whether I was eating carbs it was how I was eating them.

Fruit on the way out the door… Crackers as a snack… Rice on its own…  And then wondering why I felt foggy and hungry an hour later šŸ¤”

What I didn’t know was that my hormones were making me more sensitive to those blood sugar swings than I’d ever been. The crashes I was feeling weren’t random,Ā  they were a pattern I could actually fix.

Swipe to see exactly how each pairing works and what it looks like in a meal, nothing complicated, just a small shift that makes a big difference all day.

This is one of the strategies we dial in during The Rebuild because when blood sugar is stable, everything else gets easier. Energy, cravings, belly fat, mood… All of it.

As a breast cancer survivor, I learned pretty quickly that tracking macros was only part of the equation.

During Week 3 of The Rebuild, my clients dive into micronutrients, the vitamins and minerals your food provides. We talk about supplements too, but we always start with what we can get from whole foods first.

Every client walks away with:
šŸ›’ A grocery checklist they can take straight to the store
šŸ½ļø Recipes packed with micronutrients that are also macro friendly
šŸ’” Simple tips for prioritizing micronutrients in every meal

Macros tend to steal the show and yes, they matter. But micronutrients are what make the real difference in how you feel: your energy, your sleep, your mood, your recovery. All things that are affected by cancer treatments.

If you’re ready to go beyond the numbers and understand what your body needs to heal comment REBUILD below and I’ll send you the details on my 6-week program.

I know what it feels like to be in the middle of treatment, exhausted, scared, and just trying to get through the day. This is not for that season... I would never minimize that.

This is for the woman who is past that. Who is healing. Who is ready, even if she doesn’t feel like it yet.

My intention is not to be harsh. It’s to be honest with you 🩷

I want you to ask yourself: what is one thing I can do for myself today, despite the discomfort?

Maybe it’s going for a walk on a beautiful day. Maybe it’s a gentle mobility class. Maybe it’s finally meal prepping so you stop ordering takeout. Maybe it’s learning how to track your macros. Maybe it’s showing up for a strength training program you’ve been putting off.

You don’t have to do everything. You just have to do one thing.

That one thing is where the rebuild starts.
Comment or DM me REBUILD and let’s figure out what that looks like for you.

When I started tracking my macros, I assumed I was already getting enough fiber. I was eating vegetables at every meal. How could I not be?

Turns out I was barely hitting half my daily goal. 😳

And for ER+ breast cancer survivors, that gap matters more than most people realize.

Your gut plays a direct role in how much estrogen stays in your body. Without enough fiber, excess estrogen gets recycled back into your bloodstream instead of being eliminated. More circulating estrogen = higher recurrence risk.

The research is clear, women eating 25-30g of fiber daily have 17% lower estrogen levels. Every 10g you add can reduce recurrence risk by up to 7%.

Comment FIBER below and I’ll send you a sample high-fiber day designed specifically for women navigating life after cancer or hormonal transitions.

Post-treatment fatigue is real, and so is the frustration of feeling like you have to explain it to everyone around you.

These are the same strategies that helped me and that I now bring into every round of The Rebuild, my 6-week small-group coaching program for women who are ready to start again.

Because sometimes what we need isn’t just information, that is everywhere these days… We need structure, guidance and a human who gets it.

Here’s what working together looks like:Ā
āœ”ļø Personalized macros built for your body and your hormonesĀ
āœ”ļø 1:1 calls so nothing gets lost in translationĀ
āœ”ļø A progressive strength training program that rebuilds without burning you outĀ
āœ”ļø Strategies for stubborn belly fat that shows up after treatment and during hormone therapy

My next round starts May 25th and I keep cohorts small on purpose, so every woman gets the attention she deserves.

Honestly I debated sharing this post. I know how strongly people feel about alcohol and who wants to invite negativity into their corner of the internet…

But I made a promise to myself when I started this page to show up honestly, genuinely, and authentically. And I can’t break that promise just because a topic feels uncomfortable.

Here’s the thing… if I didn’t quit alcohol, why would I tell you to? And you deserve better than a coach who performs wellness instead of living it.

What I do believe in is becoming informed. Knowing what alcohol does to our bodies as ER+ survivors. Understanding the estrogen connection and then making a conscious, eyes-open decision that’s right for your life, not anyone else’s.

If you have decided to quit entirely, I genuinely respect that. That is a powerful, valid choice and I support you fully.

And if you’re somewhere in the middle, figuring out your balance without the guilt this page is for you too.

We’re all just doing our best with the life we fought so hard to keep. šŸ’•

One of my biggest joys outside of health & fitness is traveling with my family and this trip did not disappoint!!

🌊 Amazing beaches. Some perfect for toddlers, some for snorkeling 🤿 & some got windsurfing šŸ„ā€ā™€ļø

🐠 Food 10/10. Every restaurant we tried was great and the food trucks had some of the best food we’ve had.

ā˜€ļø The weather and the views were absolutely beautiful.

šŸŽļøšŸ Tried land surfing and the 3 of us loved it!!

šŸ« So many fun things to do! Visited a donkey sanctuary, saw flamingos, tons of fish… went on a submarine and saw beautiful coral, fish and turtles.

šŸ«¶šŸ» every single person on the island was so nice!

I can’t wait to go back!

Today is the last Thursday of the month, which means me and my clients are doing our community 24-hour fast together. šŸ¤

These days have become something I look forward to.

This morning I woke up and made warm water with a squeeze of lemon and Celtic salt. I did 5 minutes of lymphatic massage and had time to ground my feet on grass during a breathing meditation before my son woke up.

These days feel like a full reset. My body isn’t busy digesting, which means it gets to do the deep work that matters to me. Two processes that happen during a fast that I think everyone should know about:

→ Autophagy: your body identifying and clearing out damaged or redundant cells

→ Apoptosis: the natural, healthy death of cells that no longer serve you

And for my ER+ breast cancer sisters, fasting also supports your liver’s ability to clear excess estrogen from the body.

This is why fasting research keeps showing up in conversations around cancer prevention and Alzheimer’s. The body knows how to heal, it just needs the space and time to do it.

I started fasting during chemo and haven’t stopped since. If you want to know how I do it and how I help my clients build their own fasting practice, comment FAST and I’ll send you my free guide.
