Peggy was a resident at Spring View Manor Health and Rehabilitation for nearly one month, where she participated in our therapy program. During her stay, she worked consistently toward her individualized goals and made excellent progress, ultimately meeting all goals prior to returning home.
Peggy reported a very positive experience at Spring View Manor, stating she had no complaints and felt well cared for throughout her stay. She shared that the nursing staff was attentive and provided excellent care and also noted that the facility was consistently clean and well maintained.
Peggy expressed that therapy services were truly enjoyable and appreciated the patience, support, and professionalism of the therapy team in helping reach her goals.
She is now excited to return home, where she looks forward to spending time with her great-great grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and grandchildren, as well as resuming independence.

When Ruth first arrived at Spring View Manor Health and Rehab a little over three months ago, she could barely walk and needed significant assistance. Through hard work, determination, and working closely with our therapy team, she made incredible progress and is now preparing to return home independently.
When asked about her stay, Ruth becomes emotional every time as she talks about how much she has enjoyed being here. She loves the staff and the many new friends she has made, often saying she “hasn’t met a person here she doesn’t like.” Ruth especially enjoyed activities like bingo, card games, and live entertainment. She also shared how much she enjoyed the food and appreciated how clean and welcoming the building always felt. Ruth is already planning to come back and visit everyone.
Ruth’s daughter shared that she did extensive research before choosing Spring View Manor and said that the first night after bringing her mom here, she was finally able to sleep peacefully knowing she was in good hands.
As Ruth returns home, she is excited to spend time with family again and get back to volunteering at her local senior center. We are so proud of all she has accomplished and grateful to have been part of her journey.

Carol came to Spring View Manor ready to focus on her recovery, and over the course of two months, she made wonderful progress. Through her dedication to physical, occupational, and speech therapy, she steadily gained strength, confidence, and greater independence compared to when she first arrived.
Beyond her therapy achievements, Carol truly enjoyed her time. She often shared how much she appreciated the caring and supportive staff, as well as the fun activities and performances that brought joy to her days. She also formed meaningful friendships with fellow residents—connections she says she will truly miss.
As Carol prepares to leave, she feels proud of how far she’s come, but also a little sad to say goodbye. We are so happy for her success and wish her continued health, happiness, and progress in the future.
