1. SPF is not optional ☀️
2. Skip exfoliating for 3–5 days
3. Hydrate MORE! 💧
4. Gentle cleanser only (unless I give the green light!)
5. No retinol or strong actives right away(first 24 hours)
6. Keep hands off your face 🙅🏽‍♀️
7. Moisturize more than usual
8. Avoid excessive heat/sweating for 24 hours
9. Let your products absorb! …less is more
