Hey everyone!! 🤍

I miss seeing you all on social media every day, but this time away has been so good for me! It’s also giving me the opportunity to reach out and get you scheduled one-on-one.

🎄 The busiest time of year is coming! Birthdays, holidays, gift cards, and of course…time to relax!! My biggest advice is to schedule your appointments now! I’ll be opening September & October soon, so don’t wait!

I’m currently in the spa Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday and still seeing my current waxing clients. Remember, January 1st I will no longer be offering waxing services. 🥹🤍

I’m still taking a little break from social media, but my messages are OPEN and I will respond! The website is also updated so if you are a current waxing client, you can schedule on the booking site.

✨ Wednesday the 26th at 11 AM is currently available for a facial or massage!

I wanted to share that I am taking a step back from social media after 5 years of posting continuously, as I focus on what matters most…

✨my clients, our relationships, and creating a space where you truly feel cared for.

Livi is entering a new season, and I am excited to continue growing into a more wellness-focused spa.

✅My website has been updated, my booking site is current, and I will still be posting open appointments. My inbox and direct messages will also remain available.

A few changes are happening:
✨ I am no longer accepting new waxing clients.
✨ Starting January 1, 2027, I will no longer be offering waxing services.

This decision was not easy because I truly adore my waxing clients and the relationships we have built.

‼️❤️As I continue this journey, I am relying more than ever on your support through word of mouth, reviews, and sharing Livi with your friends and family.

Thank you for growing with me, supporting me, and trusting me through this next chapter. I cannot wait to continue caring for you in a deeper way. 🤍

What I’ve learned in almost 5 years as an esthetician

1. Not every client is your client.
If you don’t know this by now, let me be the one to tell you. Some clients will stay with you for years, and some will leave AND that’s okay. Your job is to educate them, give them the best care possible while they’re in your treatment room, and send them home with the information they need. After that, you have to learn to let go if it doesn’t work out.

2. What you eat matters.
Food is fuel. If you eat like crap, you’re probably going to feel like crap. When you take care of your body, your mood changes, your energy changes, and you’re able to show up better for your clients every single day.

3. Time is money.
LED light therapy is amazing, but if a device takes 30 minutes to treat the skin, it’s probably not the best use of your time. Find equipment that gets great results without taking forever. I personally prefer devices that can treat the entire face in about five minutes.

4. Retail matters.
If you don’t have retail in your spa, you’re leaving money on the table and your clients are probably going home confused about what to do next. Don’t perform a treatment without giving them an at-home plan. If you’re just starting out, keep it simple: three cleansers, three moisturizers, and three SPFs. Start small and grow from there.

5. Stay true to who you are.
This industry is full of trends, opinions, and people telling you what you should do. Learn different skills if you want to, but find the service you truly love, master it, and become known for it. Stay within your scope, keep learning, and love what you do. That’s what builds a long-lasting career.

No more tiny 2 oz bottles. We officially upgraded to 6 oz sizes because I know how fast y’all go through your skincare! More product, fewer repurchases, and better value.

Little changes like this make a big difference, and I’m so excited to bring even better retail options to the spa. 💚

Two towels. Two different jobs.

If you have reactive skin, acne, sensitivity, or dark spots, the towel you use matters.

A rough towel can add friction, irritate the skin, and slow healing. You want something soft and gentle.

Next time you shop, look for a soft washcloth from Walmart or Ulta, like:
• Mainstays Ultra Soft Washcloths from Walmart
• EcoTools Makeup Remover Cloths from Ulta

Small things like this can make a big difference in how your skin feels and heals.

One of the biggest mistakes I see is clients walking in without knowing what their skin actually needs. It’s easy to leave with products that looked good on the shelf but don’t work well together or for your skin.

A skin analysis helps you:
✨ Know exactly what products to buy
✨ Understand how and when to use them
✨ Shop confidently while staying within your budget (and still splurge on the things that matter!)

Stop guessing and start shopping with a plan. Schedule your skin analysis, and let’s build a routine that’s made for your skin.

I believe in getting my monthly maintenance too. Taking care of others starts with taking care of myself.

It’s time we start taking care of our bodies and remember, we only get one. It works hard for us every single day, and it deserves the same care and attention we give everyone else.

Don’t stop your treatments just because your home care hasn’t been perfect.

One of the biggest mistakes you can make is quitting because you feel like you’re not doing enough.

Let me handle the skin correction during your treatment. Your job is to show up, relax, and stay consistent. We’ll get there together. 🤍
