Ok my friends! If you need a massage, now’s the time to do it. At the current moment I have one massage booked this week, and that’s not even enough to pay my weekly rent. So if your back has been hurting, or if you know someone who needs a massage, please book the appointment. This is your ✨sign✨

I am so excited for Pride Nov 14th! As many of you know I balance my time as a mom, business owner, and a board member for Conway Pride Community. I hope I see so many of my wonderful clients there 🌈

We are excited to announce all of the fun happening in our “KiKi and Crafting” zone this year. We heard how much you loved that we had so many all ages activities available last year, and decided to double that!

Some of the activities we are doing are:

✨Tie-dying (Price Tba)
✨Button making sponsored by Stone Sorcery
✨Flag making
✨Jewlery station sponsored by Arkansas PLUR Network
✨Coloring sponsored by Made by Mags
✨ Hair Tinsel Station

Big Poppa Bubble will be out there as well to make the place really feel magical. The Arkansas Ghostbusters are also bringing their Slime a Ghostbuster booth, and are generously donating the money they make, back to Conway Pride community.

Without this amazing community, this area wouldn’t be the best it could be. Thank you to everyone who has sponsored. What activity are you going to do first? 👀

I get people all the time complaining about low back and hip pain. Did you know it could all stem from your glutes? Turns out you could be clenching those cheeks and stressing those muscles out. If this sounds like you, then let me throw an elbow in those babies 😮‍💨
