It’s fibrous connective tissue that’s supports every muscle, bone, and basically everything in your body. It allows your body to glide smoothly without friction. Knots slow that glide down, making you feel stiff and causing pain.

Did you know that massage can help with twitchy back spasms? Massage can increase blood flow, decrease muscle tension, and promote relaxation. When you actively feel your muscles twitching it could be a sign of:
1) dehydration
2)overuse/ muscle strain
3)sudden movements ect.

Happy Mother’s Day to everyone that celebrates! Almost 10 years ago, when I had my daughter, my parents pushed me into going to massage school. Unfortunately working at chipotle wasn’t a career. It was so incredibly hard, but man was it so worth it. Becoming a mom has pushed me to become the best person I can for her ❤️
